We process and prepare orders within 3–5 business days on average before dispatch. Once shipped, estimated delivery is 7–10 business days depending on your destination. Please note that holidays, natural events, or other disruptions may affect transit times.

Pre-orders & backorders

If your order contains pre-order or back-order items, we will ship available items immediately and send remaining items as soon as they become available. If you receive a partial shipment, the rest of your order will follow shortly.

Tracking your order

After your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email (and SMS if you provided a mobile number) with your tracking ID and a link. Tracking information typically updates within 1–3 business days after dispatch.

Address corrections

Lost or stolen packages

SUREZIA is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but subsequently lost or stolen.
